Expect the following steps when joining exp

This page will show you what to expect as you make your way through onboarding with EXP and joining our team.

Go to this link https://www.expsouthafrica.co.za/join and click on "Become an Agent" on the next page, check the T&C box click the green "I'm Ready" button. Fill out he form and press the "Submit" button.

Check your emails

Keep an eye on your emails, you will receive a confirmation that you submission was done and later an email with a link to you IC (EXP Independent Contractor Agreement) Read and ask your sponsor if you have questions. Once ready SIGN ONLINE no hardcopy documents will be accepted and online take less than 2 mintues to sign and submit.

Principal co-Sign & Invoice

Andrew Thompson will sign your contract and a copy will be returned to you. Next you will receive an invoice to pay for your Registration R900 and 1st months admin fee R900. Pay and send proof of payment to Robyn Nel.

PPRA & Letter of appointment

After payment you will receive instructions for the PPRA and an employment letter to sign. Follow the steps provided to register or change employment for FFC. https://theppra.org.za/myffc - make your necessary payment to PPRA.

Email onboarding specialist

Once PPRA is sorted, email your EXP onboarding specialist again with the proof of payment to PPRA and your signed Letter of Appointment

You did it!! Best decision of your life, now you will receive all the onboarding steps and import information within EXP. Print this document and keep it on your desk you will often refer back to it. If you are comfortable with IT follow the steps to get set up. Or don't take risks, let our administrator get you sorted, email her on admin@realtorsa.co.za and Abbi will assist.
